rigid not so clear vision floral 1. I think I created strong composition, my subject is easy to identify with the borders and well centered.
2. I edited them pretty well, I wanted to go for more retro vintage type tones which I think I did successfully. The color grading on the first was a bit difficult although. 3. If I did this assignment again I would have gone out onto campus more and tried something more unique, and used various subjects rather than a single person. 1. 2. The angles mostly are direct shots of students or the school, as if you were there. 3. There is a feeling of relation that these photographs invoke, since you can feel the seriousness in the air but also the energy present. 4. The story behind the images is that this boarding school values good manners, good study habits, and takes pride in the impressive graduation rate. Students are often serious on campus, but also relaxed and enjoy their time learning. 5. In Mr's. Bible's FA208, a group of peers roll the dice and play a game on May 2nd. This game has been taking over California High lately. 1. I like the colors used, I modified the shirt to be plain then changed the color to match the background. Increased blur, and overall made it look realistic.
2. I would have taken a better shot to begin with, the lighting is a bit harsh and would have been better with some diffusion. 3. I used camera raw, Lightroom, subject masking, replace color, and more. |
